Student job – front desk – for students at the beginning of their studies
An opportunity for new students at the beginning of their law studies who want to gain practical experience from the first semester. You will form a part of our front desk and represent Hamilton in relation to clients and our other visitors. You will play a key role at the company right at the heart of the action, where your days are filled with tailoring for meetings and events.
Student job for students in semester six to nine
Hamilton always looks out for top talents with high ambitions. We offer students in semester six to nine the opportunity to work at Hamilton in parallel with their legal studies. Your work load will be approximately eight hours per week and your schedule will depend on the firm’s needs and your own schedule. Each student will receive a mentor and will be assigned qualified legal tasks and work alongside the firm’s associates and partners in our different practice areas. In addition to the work, you will also participate in the firm’s career and development programme, Hamilton Excellence.
Hamilton offers students who have completed at least six semesters in a law programme the opportunity to complete a summer traineeship on a full-time basis for six weeks. You will be fully integrated in our team and work together with leading lawyers on the Swedish market. You will be assigned a mentor, who will support you and your development during your work at the firm The traineeprogramme will last for six weeks between June and August. You will work under the guidance of experienced top legal talent across different practice areas
For students in the final stages of their legal studies, we offer the opportunity to combine the thesis writing with an internship at Hamilton for a period of ten weeks. You will work on different assignments covering several practice areas and if you have a particular interest in a specific practice area, you will get the opportunity to expand your knowledge in this field.
